Councilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and
Moved Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-60
A RESOLUTION SETTING 1983 BOARD OF REVIEW HEARING DATE
FOR THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, state statute requires that the City Council meet at least once
between April I and July 1 as the Board of Review;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, that it should and hereby does schedule the 1983 Board of Review
meeting for Tuesday, May 24, 1983, commencing at 7:00 p.m. in the City
Council Chambers of the City Center Building, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard; and
FURTHER, does hereby direct the City Clerk to publish a legal notice of
said meeting in the City's official newspaper not less than ten (10) days
prior to the scheduled meeting.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen ,and upon vote beisq taken thereon the
