RESOLUTION NO. 83- 56
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE HIRING OF AN
APPRAISOR FOR THE BASS LAKE PLAYFIELD
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a Comprehensive Park System Plan approved
on February 22, 1982, and
WHEREAS, said plan calls for the acquisition and development of a community
playfield immediately west of Pineview Lane and north of the Sault St. Marie
railroad tracks called Bass Lake Playfield, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has included the
acquisition of said playfield in their 1983-87 Capital Improvements Program,
and
WHEREAS, said Capital Improvements Program has been approved by the City
Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Park and Recreation is authorized
to proceed with the securing of a land appraisal to determine the fair
market value of approximately 19 acres of land to be included in the future
Bass Lake Playfield, and, further, that $500 is to be transferred out of
Park Dedication funds to pay for said appraisal.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
