A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF PLAY EQUIPMENT AT
LACOMPTE, PLYMOUTH CREEK AND EAST MEDICINE LAKE BEACH PARKS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has an adopted Capital Improvements Program
which calls for the development of play equipment at LaCompte, Plymouth
Creek and East Medicine Lake Beach, and
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission recommends that these
projects be implemented,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Park and Recreation be authorized
to proceed with said projects and further, that $45,000 is to be transferred
out of Park Dedication funds to cover the cost of the play equipment at
LaCompte, Plymouth Creek and East Medicine Lake Beach Parks.
The Ration for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Neils -'and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mawr Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
1hreinen
The following voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dulTpassed and adopted.
