HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-050CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on"tn� ii_ day of ,Januar . 19 83 The following members were present: Maw vo�Dayenaort, ounci ltnembe e5oglN n, ne11_� • Se•hnoi dar_ and Threjngn The following members were absent: none mai aaa introduced the following Resolution and moved its t on: RESOLUTION NO. 83-50 SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT AND PUBLICATION OF REZONING ORDINANCE FOR "WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE" FOR R -T LAND COMPANY (8000A) (RPUD 81-5) WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final RPUD Plat and Development Contract for "West Medicine Lake Terrace" as requested by R -T Land Company, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that i.t should and hereby does direct the following prior to recording of said plat: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. In accordance with provisions of Section 9 of the Zoning Ordinance, said ordinance rezoning the property shall not be published and made effective until the Final Plat has been filed and recorded. 3. Payment of park dedication fees -in -lieu of dedication in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filing the Final Plat. 4. Appropriate legal documents regardinq Homeowner Association covenants and restrictions as approved by the City Attorney, shall be filed with the Final Plat. 5. The proposed Landscape Plan be revised to sod those areas identified to be seeded per the Landscape Policy. 6. Submittal of required financial guarantee and performance agreement to assure completion of on-site improvements.
