Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the17th day of Januar . 1983

Co nc,ilmember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-49
APPROVING FINAL R.P.U.D. PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR B -T LAND COMPANY FOR
"WEST MEDICINE LAKE TERRACE" (80008) (RPUD 81-5)
WHEREAS, B -T Land Company has requested approval of the Final RPUD Plat/Plan for "West
Medicine Lake Terrace", a plat calling for eighteen single family detached dwelling
units, seventy-two attached dwelling units, and one outlot located generally northeast
of West Medicine Lake Drive and County Road 9 and a Development Contract therefore:
and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends it approval,
10 and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract coverinq the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of B -T Land Company for
Final RPUD Plat/Plan approval of "West Medicine Lake Terrace" a plat for eighteen
single family units, seventy-two attached units, and one outlot located northeast of
West Medicine Lake Drive and County Road 9:
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
