HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1983-047F � s y lis' _ CITY OF PL"40UTH =r t' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, are ular weetlnq of the City Co"al-Lisf Yj the City of Plyouth, Nimesota, was held onthe ITth day of January The followino woobers were-Presents 1 rs oen' M...Dnpn�r.��..Qnnr I , .....�.a 1 s i �.rA hr °a;d r andIbril neny...._�.�.�..._�.....��.�:. ....._._ _ The''follooin9 members weir absent: none Ceuncilmc.,nber Moen introduced the following Resolution and waved its on: RESOLUTION NO. 83-47 APPROVING EXTENSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT, AND PRELIMINARY REZONING FOR LUNDGREN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION COMPANY FOR "WINDRIDGE TOWNHOUSES (80026) AND EXTENSION OF REVISED PRELIINARY PLAT FOR "WIND RIDGE AT BASS LAKE" (A-755) WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 81-35 on January 19, 1981 approving Preliminary Plat and Conditional Use Permit for Windridge Townhouses for Lundgren Brothers Construction Company on property located north of the Soo Line Railroad tracks and east of Pineview Lane; and, WHEREAS, the City Council on July 21, 1980 deferred final action on the request to rezone the subject property to R1-8 subject to direction to be followed with submittal of the Final Plat and Plan; and, WHEREAS, the City Council on August 25, 1980 adopted Resolution No. RO-591 approving Preliminary Plat for "Wind Ridge at Bass Lake" at the northeast quadrant of the �. intersection of the Soo Line Railroad tracks and Pineview Lane: and, WHEREAS, the City Council on December 21, 1981 approved an extension of such applications through January 1983; and WHEREAS, the petitioner has requested a one year extension of the approval which, pursuant to State law, is valid for one year subject to mutual approval of an extension; NOW, THEREFORE, BE 11 HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Lundgren Rrothers Construction Company for a one year extension of the approval of the Preliminary Plat, Conditional Use Permit, and Preliminary Rezoning for "Windridge Townhouses", and revised Preliminary Plat for "Wind Ridge at Bass Lake" subject to the following: 1. The extension is made through January 1984. 2. The extension is subject to the requirements of Resolution No. 81-35. ° �. k Page t wo _ Resolution No 83-47 3. Rezoning shall be finalized with approval of Final Plat subject to direction by the City Council on July 21, 1980 and in Resolution No. 81-35. 5. An updated property abstract shall be submitted with the Final Plat for review and opinion by the City Attorney.
