RESOLUTION NO. 83-44
APPROVING RPUD 82-03 FINAL PLAT/PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "MERRY MInnLEMIST"
FOR ROBERT MIDDLEMIST (81055)
WHEREAS, Robert Middlemist has requested approval of the RPUD Final Plat/Plan for
"Merry Middlemist", 22 single family lots located at 31st Avenue and Pilgrim Laneand a
Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends it approval:
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Robert Middlemist for
RPUD Final Plat/Plan approval of "Merry Middlemist" for 22 single family lots located
at 31st Avenue and Pilgrim Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
