RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE 1983-1985 LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, INC.
REPRESENTING PLYMOUTH POLICE SERGEANTS
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Public Employment Labor Relations Act of 1971 as
amended, the City Manager has met to negotiate terms and conditions of employment
with representatives of Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc., representing Plymouth
police sergeants; and
WHEREAS, in a report dated January 6, 1983, the Manager has reported a tentative
agreement for a 1983-1985 contract;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, that it should and hereby does approve the 1983-1985 labor agreement
between the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Inc. representina
Plymouth police sergeants dated January 6, 1983: and further, does authorize the
Mayor and City Manager to execute said agreement.
