RESOLUTION NO. 83-33
CALLING FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS - PROJECT 205
COUNTY ROAD 61 (NORTHWEST BLVD.), XENIUM LN., WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted January 18, 1982, a report
has been prepared by Bonestroo, Rosenes, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. with respect
to the improvement of County Road 61 (Northwest Blvd.) from Xenium Lane to County
Road 9, Xenium Lane from Campus Drive to a point 500 feet north at 34th Avenue,
West Medicine Lake Drive from County Road 61 (County Road 154) south 1600' MOL;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes installation of bituminous street with con-
crete curb and gutter, storm sewer, watermain lateral and trunk facilities, sani-
tary sewer lateral and trunk facilities and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report was received by the Council on May 3, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and
utilities in accordance with the report and the assessment of
benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the
improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111
(Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended) at an estimated total cost
of the improvement of $3,900,000.00.
2 A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on
the 7th day of February 1983 in the Council Chambers of the
Plymouth City Council at 3400 Plymouth Boulevard at 7:30 p.m.,
and the Clerk shall dive mailed and published notice of such
hearing and improvements as required by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Neils, ,Schneider and Threinen
