Moen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-32
PROVIDING WATERMAIN, STORM SEWER AND RECONSTRUCTION OF
NECESSARY UTILITIES WITHIN THE HIGHWAY 55/COUNTY ROAD 15 INTERSECTION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following purposes, to -wit:
To construct a 12" watermain, remove a 12" watermain, reconstruct
sanitary sewer manholes, salvage a hydrant, manhole castings and
a water gate valve and box, install castings, and adjust fram
and ring castings and water valve boxes within the construction
limits of S.P. 2723-66 in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth and contained in Agreement No. 60884, a copy of which
is attached.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers hereby are authorized to
execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of
the contractual obligations contained therein.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that an additional $10,400.00 be allocated from the
utility trunk fund for said reconstruction.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
�ouncilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vo e n avor thereof: , aXgr Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Ibreinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duty passed and adopted.
