RESOLUTION NO. 83-30
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS ON THE COMMON LOT LINE OF
LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 4, FERNDALE NORTH 4TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Lundgren Bros. Construction Co. has peti-
tioned the City Council for a vacation of the following utility and drainage
easements:
Lot 3, Block 4, Ferndale North 4th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota;
The North 6 feet of said Loc 3 except the East 6
feet and the West 68.54 feet.
and
Lot 4, Block 4, Ferndale North 4th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota;
The South 6 feet of said Lot 4 except the East 6
feet and the West 6 feet.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of February 7, 1983 it 7:30 p.m.
in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, at the
time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the administra-
tive staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
