Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _raglil ar weetinq of the City
r Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was hethe loth day of
January , 198 3 The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
r_ni►nrilmembers Moen. Neils, Schneider & Threinen . The follow nq members were
absents none
rnunrilmember Moen introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-27
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
40TH AVE./JONOUIL LN. - MISSION HILLS PARK 6TH WITION
STREET IMPROVEMENTS
PROJECT NO. 304
WHEREAS, the developer of Mission Hillis Park 6th Addition has petitioned the
City to Install a 7 -ton bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter,
drainage facilities and all necessary appurtenances on 40th Ave./Jonquil Lane
within the Mission Hills Park 6th Addition; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such protects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 429.011
to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended).
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the proposed improvements be referred to Bonestroo,
Rosene, Anderlik & Associates for study and that the engineers be instructed to
report to the City Council with all convenient speed by advising the Council, in
a preliminary way, as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should be best made as proposed or in connection with some other
improvL,1ent, and the estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
