CnunrilmPmhar Moan introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 25
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE. FOR K. B. DEVELOPMENT COMPANY II

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for K. B. Development Company II located at 14305 28th Place North
was approved under City Council Resolution No. 80-483; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a bond in the amount of $116,655.00; and,
WHEREAS, under Resolution No. 81-567 the City Council reduced this Rond to S2n.nmo:
and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer that required site improvements had been
'completed, City staff has inspected said site and recommends release of the Site
Performance Bond;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of the Site Performance
Bond No. 54-17949 in the amount of $116,655.00 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvemements for K. B. Develonment Company II located at 14305 28th Place North.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
