the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the nth day of �Jaan_ua�rry 1983.

('nen ilm mber-Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 24
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE: FOR "WILLOW GROVE" CONDOMT111111141;
(81003)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for "Willow Grove" Condominiums .located at the northwest corner of
Nathan Lane and Betty Crocker Drive was approved under City Council Resolution Bio.
81-286; and,
WHEREAS, the Developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in the form of
a Letter of Credit in the amount of $60,000.00; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the Developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends reduction of the Letter of Credit;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the reduction of the Letter of
Credit No. 1296 in the amount of 560,000.00 which was submitted to quarantee site
Improvements for "Willow Grove" Condominiums at the northwest corner of Nathan Lane and
Betty Crocker Drive, to 510,000.00.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
nun_ilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken t ereon, the
