The followin mbers Wire present: Mayor Davenport, ounce mem er Moen,— eils, Schneider g& inreinen The following members Were o sent, none rr** Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83,22 APPROVING APPOINTMENT OF COUNCIL COORDINATING REPRESENTATIVES (CCR) FOR 1983 WHEREAS, the effective operation of the Plymouth City Council requires coordination between the City Council and other local Metropolitan and State agencies; and WHEREAS, individual City Councilmembers have acted as liaison between such local Metropolitan and State agencies and the City Council; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following Councilmembers as Council Coordinating Representatives for the calendar year 1983 as follows: Shingle Creek Minnehaha Bassett Creek Flood Control Commission Elm Creek Water Conservation Co,anission School District #279 School District #281 School Districts #270 and #284 Park & Recreation Advisory Commission Planning Commission Human Rights Commission Board of Zoning Adjustment League of Minnesota Cities Hennepin County Board Metrpolitan Council Association of Metro Municipalities West Hennepin Human Services Plan Board Hennepin County Park Reserve District Community Education Advisory Committee School District 281 League of Minnesota Cities Federal Legislation Committee Virgil Schneider David Davenport Patricia Neils Jim Threinen Virgil Schneider Pat Neils Patricia Moen Patricia Moen Jim Threinen Pat Neils Jim Threinen Pat Neils and David Davenport David Davenport David Davenport Pat Neils Pat Neils Pat Neils Pat Neils Pat Neils The motion for the adoption of the foremoing Resolution was duly seconded by Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vote n favor thereor, Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils__ Schneider and Threinen The following voted against orabstained: none Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopt
