The following members were present: mayor Davenport, rn1q-j1mpwhhPrK mnen_ Nei1c_. Schneider -and Threinen Abe following members were absent: none SRA RflA introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83 -20 APPOINTING OFFICIAL DEPOSITORIES FOR CITY FUNDS FOR 1983 WHEREAS, State Statutes require that the City designate general depositories for City monies; AAR NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the following be designated as official general depositories for 1983 for the City of Plymouth: The First Bank of Minneapolis, the First National Bank of Wayzata, the Metropolitan State Bank of Plymouth, the Wayzata Bank and Trust, the Northwestern Bankwest, and First Bank Plymouth; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following be designated as official depositories so for the City's temporary investment program for 1983: The Marquette National Bank of Minneapolis, the New Hope State Bank of New Hope, the First -Bank of St. Paul, First Federal Savings and Loan of Wayzata, Twin City Federal Savings and Loan, Northwestern Banks, Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul, the American National Bank of St. Paul, Wayzata Bank and Trust Company of Wayzata, F & M Marquette Nat'l Banks, First Banks of Minneapolis, the First National Bank of Wayzata, the Metropolitan State Bank of Plymouth, First Bank Plymouth, and State Bank of Eden Prairie; BE IT PIRTHER RESOLVED that the designation of the foregoing depositories are contingent upon receipt by the City of Plymouth of evidence of sufficient collateral in the amount and kinds as required by the State Statutes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following Voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen The following voted against or abstained: none 10 'Whereupon the Resoltuion was declared duly passed and adopted.
