Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Hinnesota. was hieTa on the
10th day of January 19 83 . The following members
were present: Mayor Davenport, ouncemem ers Moen=,eils, Schneider, Threinen

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved lts adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-19
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Virgil Schneider as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for
the year 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen.
Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
