Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83- 17
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Vern Peterson as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation
District for a term expiring January 31, 1984.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: mor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils, Schneider and Threinen ,
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and a -copied.
