The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-15
APPOINTING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1983
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03(3) of the City Code provides that the
Council shall designate the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth
for the year 1983;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the New Hope -Plymouth Post is hereby appointed
as the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth for 1983.
M The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Mpyor Davenportand upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor ereo : __Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
NaiiA S;hneider and Threinen _
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
