MaXpC Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-13
APPOINTING ACTING MAYOR FOR 1983
WHEREAS, Chapter I!, Section 200.03.(3) of the City Code provides that
the Council shall choose an Acting Mayor from among the members of the
Council at the first regular meeting;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Councilmember Schneider is hereby appointed
to act as Acting Mayor for the Plymouth City Council during the year 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Schneider
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed adopted.
