Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-12
SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO AND REGARDING FILING OF LOT CONSOLIDATION/DIVISION FOR
WAYNE MACFARLANE (8205A)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Consolidation/Division for Wayne
MacFarlane for property located at 405 Black flaks Lane by Resolution No. 82 -
and Resolution No. 82- ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met
prior to and regarding filing of said Lot Consolidation/Division with Hennepin County:
1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum, eliminating special condition
numbers 12 and 13.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regardinq minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to or containinq open storm water
drainage facilities.
4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Consolidation/Division is filed
with Hennepin County.
5. Submittal of all necessary utility and road easements prior to filing Lot
Consolidation/Division with Hennepin County.
6. Payment of park dedication tees -in -lieu of dedication prior to fitinq Lot
Consolidation/Division with Hennepin County in accordance with City Policy in
effect at the time of filing.
7. Approved variance from the Subdivision Code for a Lot Division by metes and
bounds description, and development of one lot without provisions for urhan
utilities and for a parcel that does not abut a public street.
