adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 83-11
APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION AND DIVISION AND VARIANCE FROM THE SUROIVISInN C00E FnR
WAYNE MACFARLANE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 405 BLACK OAKS LANE (82n58)
WHEREAS, Mr. Wayne MacFarlane has requested Variances from the Subdivision rode for a
Lot Consolidation, Division and development of unplatted land within the City of
Plymouth; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Mr. Wayne MacFarlane
for variances from the Subdivision Code for Lot Consolidation, Division, and
development of property located at 405 Black Oaks Lane, and the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the Division is recorded by Hennepin
County:
Existing Description
That part of the South 300 feet of the North 1025 feet of Government Lot 7 in
Section 3?, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lyinq
Westerly of the following -described line: Beginning at a point 500 feet south of
the North line and 671.4 feet West of the East line of said Government Lot 7;
thence South 12°05' West a distance of 538.95 feet more or less to the South line
of the North 1025 feet of said Government Lot 7, and ther endinq:
All that part of the South 300 feet of the North 1025 feet of Government Lot 7,
Section 32, Township 118 North, Ranqe 22 West of the 5th Principal Meridian, lyinq
West of the East 10 acres of said lot and lying Easterly of a line hearinq South
12°05' West from a point distant 500 feet South of the North line of said lot and
671.4 feet West of the East line of said lot;
All that part of said Government Lot 7 lying West of the East 10 acres thereof and
South of the North 1025 feet thereof, except the following-descrihed tract:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of the East 10 acres of said Government Lot 7;
thence North along the West line of said 10 -acre tract 105 feet: thence Westerly
deflecting to the left 94°34'03" a distance of 463 feet; thence Southerly to a
point in the South line of said Lot 7 distant 460.28 feet West of the point of
beginning; thence East to the point of beginning.

Parcel A
That part of Government Lot 7, Section 32, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of
the 5th Principal Meridian, lying South of the North 725 feet thereof, and
westerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the West Mise of the East 671.4 feet of
said yovernment lot with the South line of the North 500 feet of said qovernment
lot, said South line having an assumed bearing of East for purposes of this
description; thence South 12°56' West to the South line of the North 1025 feet of
said government lot; thence Southerly to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point
All, said "Point A" being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the East 10 acres of said government
lot; thence Northerly along the West lie of said East 10 acres a distance of
105 feet; thence deflecting left 94"34103" a distance of 463 feet to said
"Point A", thence Southerly to a point on the South line of said government
lot distant 460.28 feet Westerly from said Southwest corner of the Fast 1n
acres, and said "Line A" there ending.
Parcel B
That part of Government Lot 7, Section 32, Township 118 North, Ranoe 22 West of
10 the 5th Principal Meridian, lying South of the North 725 feet thereof, West of the
East 10 acres thereof, Northerly of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said East 10 acres of Government Lot 7;
thence North along the West line of said East 10 acres a distance of 105 feet to
the point of beginning of the line being described; thence deflecting left
94°34'03" a distance of 463 feet to a point hereinafter referred to as "Point A",
and there ending, and Easterly of th following described line:
Beginning at the point of intersection of the West line of the East 671.4 feet of
said government lot with the South line of the North 500 feet of said government
lot, said South line having an assumed bearing of East for purposes of this
description; thence South 12°56' West to the South line of the North 1025 feet of
said government lot; thence Southerly to said "Point All, and there ending.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
