CounCiimembers Mo -en, �e`jis, , _ following members were sent: none ■t. tfv Cwncilmember Moen introduced the followinq Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 83-10 SETTING CONDITIONS PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING LOT DIVISION FOR GRFGORY BIGOT (82063) WHEREAS, THE City Council has approved a Lot Division for Greaory Bioot for property located at 220 Forestview Lane under Resolution No. A2- ; NOW, THEREFORE, RE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITv nF PLYMrnITH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following conditions to be met prior to filing of and regardinq said Lot Division: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied. 3. Payment of park dedication Pees -in -lieu of dedication prior to filing of the Lot Division in accordance with City Policy in effect at the time of filinq the Lot Division. 4. No Building Permit to be issued until the Lot Division is filed with Hennepin County. 5. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filinq Lot Division with Hennepin County. 6. Approved variances for lot size of 13,643 sq. ft. rather than the required 18,500 sq. ft., and lot width of 78 feet, rather than the required 110 feet due to the unique shape of the parcel and the variance criteria are n:;!t. 7. No private drive access from new lot to 3rd Avenue North.
