Council►pember Moen introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RFSOLUTION NO. 83- 9
APPROVING VARIANCE FROM THE SUBDIVISION CODE FOR DIVISION OF FXISTING PLATTED LOT FOR
GREGORY BIGOT (82063)
WHEREAS, Gregory Bigot has requested a Subdivision Code Variance for division of an
existinq platted lot located at 2.20 Forestview Lane in the City of Plymouth: and,
WHEREAS the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Lot Division and Variance from
the Subdivision Code for Gregory Bigot for property located at 220 Forestview Lane as
Ilk follows:
EXISTING
Lot 22, Block 2, Sunrise Acres.
PARCEL A
That part of Lot 22, Block 2, Sunrise Acres accordinq to the recorded plat thereof,
lying Southerly of a line drawn from a point on the Westerly line of said lot distant
78.00 feet Northwesterly of the Southwest corner of said lot to the most Fasterly
corner of said lot, subject to drainage and utility easements as shown.
PARCEL B
Lot 22, Block 2, Sunrise Acres except that part of Lot 22, Block 2, Sunrise Acres
according to the recorded plat thereof, lyinq Southerly of a line drawn from a point on
the Westerly line of said lot distant 78.00 feet Northwesterly of the Southwest corner
of said lot to the most Easterly corner of said lot.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CnuncilmeMber Threinen. _ , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the
