Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rmeeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on t 20th_ day of December . 19 82

Councilmember Schneider introduced the followlnQ Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-682
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ERIC BLANK AS CITY REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE NORTHWEST SUBURBS COMMUNITY ACCESS CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City is a member of the Northwest Suburbs Cable Communications
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the commission has established a Community Access Corporation for the
purpose of insuring the appropriate development of public access programminQ in the
northwest suburban area; and
WHEREAS, the Community Access Corporation consists of one representative from each
member of the commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth
that it should and hereby does appoint Eric Blank as the Citv's representative to the
Community Access Corporation for a term to expire June 30, 1984.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
ouncilmember Moen , 01nd upon vote being kipken ter , the
