Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a r liar _ meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the_Z__O_th day of December 1982.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 680
APPROVING 1983 SALARY PLANS
WHEREAS, this Council has previously adopted a salary administration proqram for
employees of the City not represented by collective bargaining agencies; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with those policies, the City Manager has provided this Coun-
cil with a report, dated December 15, 1982, in which he has recommended the adoption
Of salary adjustment guide charts for 1983 and salary plans consistent with the
salary administration program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the 1983 salary adjustment quide charts, as submitted by
the City Manager, be and the same are hereby approved, effective :lanuary 1, 1983.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Office, Professional -Technical, and Supervisor -
Administrative -Management salary plans, as submitted by the City Manager in his
report dated December 15, 1982, be and the same are hereby approved effective :lanuary
1, 1983.
