Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rueeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on `— day of December 1982.

Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-679
APPROVING ADDENDUM I TO 1981-1983 LABOR CONTRACT
WITH INTERNATIONAL UNION OF OPERATING ENGINEFPS, LOCAL 49
WHEREAS, representatives of the City and International Union of Operatinq Engineers,
Local 49, representing Public Works and Park Maintenance employees, have met to
negotiate wages and city hospital, medical, surgical insurance for the calendar year
1983; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager submitted to this City Council the proposed addendum to the
labor contract which has been negotiated between the City and the Union and has
iorecommended its approval by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYM(VITH,
MINNESOTA, that Addendum I to the labor contract negotiated between the Pity of
Plymouth and International Union of Operatino Engineers, Local 49, for the period of
January 1, 1981 through December 31, 1983, executed necember 29, 1980, he and the
same is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute Addendum T to the
labor agreement on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
