Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular- meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of December . 1982.

The -following members were absent: none
�ownilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82 - 678
APPROVING 1983-1985 LABOR CONTRACT
WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES, LOCAL 18
WHEREAS, representatives of the City and Law Enforcement Labor Services, Local 18,
have met to negotiate a labor contract for the bargaining unit represented by Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager submitted to this City Council the proposed labor contract
which has been negotiated between the City and the 11nion and has recommended its
approval by the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the labor contract nenotlated between the City of Plymouth and Law
Enforcement Labor Services, Local 18, for the period of January 1, 1983 through
December 31, 1985 be and the same is hereby approved.
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the labor agreement
on behalf of the City of Plymouth.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
