Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a requlgE meeting of the City Council
of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the_ 201h day of December
19 82. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers
"iRoen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-675
APPROVING 1983 CIGARETTE LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, application for renewal of Cigarette Licenses have been received from
the parties listed below in accordance with Chapter ST, Section 1150.01 of the
City Code;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Cigarette License applications from the parties listed below
be approved for the period January 1, 1983 through December 31, 1983.
