Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a molar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was -held on the 20th day of
npcembpr , 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,

Introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-668
REDUCI!;G DEVELOPMENT BOND
OAKDALE WEST ADDITION (79079)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated March 3, 1981, Don
D. Myron and Norman Darnes, developer of Oakdale West Addition, (79079), have
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:
That the required cash escrow or surety bond be reduced to $40,113 to reflect
the completed work for the public improotments and $19,835 to reflect the
completed work for Project 104.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared dupas aadopted.
