Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was s� held on the 20th day of
Oeremher , 1982. The following members were present: Mayor Davenport,
rnunri1ir.embers Moen, Neils, Schneider 6 Threinext The followinq members were
absent: none .

adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-667
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
FOX GLEN THIRD ADDITION (A-814)
WHEREAS, in arcorianc^ with the development contract dated November 24, 1982,
Zachman Homes, Inc., developer of Fox Cl.en Third Addition, (A-814), has agreed
to install certain improvements for said development: and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY nF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
