Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rpaillar meetinq of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was'held ld on the 2nth day of
December , 1982. The following members were present:Mavor Davenacrt,__
Councilmember Moen. Neils. Schneider & Threinen The following members were
absent: none

pt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-666
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION (81043)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 9, 1982,
U. S. Home Corporation, developer of Trenton Place First Addition, (81043), has
agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOIA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote beinq taken thereon, the "
