Schneider & Threinen The following members were absent: none CouqcilmAmber Schneider Introduced the following Resolution and moved its pt on: RESOLUTION NO. 82-666 REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND TRENTON PLACE FIRST ADDITION (81043) WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated April 9, 1982, U. S. Home Corporation, developer of Trenton Place First Addition, (81043), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to reflect the completed work; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THF CITY COIINCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOIA that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows: ITEM ORIGINAL AMOUNT NFW AmmINT Street Construction Sanitary Sewer Watermain Storm Sewer Boulevard Sod Pond or Ditch Construction Street Signs Street Sweeping and Storm Sewer Cleaning Park and Trail Improvements Maintenance of Erosion and Sediment Control Plan Site Grading Design, Administration, Inspection..
