Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a Jr meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held -on the
20th day of December , 19_gL. The following members were

r Schneider introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-664
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING WILLOW GROVE ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted November 15, 1982, a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement
of Willow Grove Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street
lights and this report was received by the Council on December 20, 1982;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners
of real property abutting upon the streets named as the location of the
improvements.
2. Such improvements are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution
adopted November 15, 1982. The petitioners have waived their right to a
public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements.
He shall coordinate the work which will be done by the Northern States Power
Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Co n ilm ber Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schapider And Threinen _

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
