Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regularmeeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of December 1982.

Schneider introduced the following Resolution and now its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-661
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING LOT DIVISION FOR PHOENIX MUTUAL LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY (A-441)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Lot 2, Block 2, Fox Meadows
First Addition as requested by Phoenix Mutual Life Insurance Company;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does establish the following conditions to be met
prior to filing the Lot Division of Lot 2, Block 2, Fox Meadows First Addition with
Hennepin County:
1. The City of Plymouth requires utility and drainage easements ten feet (10')
In width adjoining all streets and six feet (6') In width adjoinino side
and rear lot lines.
2. Filing of the agreement dated June 15, 1982 among Phoenix Mutual Life
Insurance Company, Midwestern Developers Incorporated, Donald C. Russ,
and Patricia Donnelly, as approved by the City Attorney.
3. Filing by the City Attorney of the Resolution approving the Conditional
Use Permit for use of the recreation building and railroad car on Parcel
B.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
rnuncilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pa adopted.
