Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetine of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of December , 19 82. The following members were
present:Ma or Davenport, Councilmem ers Moen Neils Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Councilmember Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-655
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF INTERCHANGE JUSTIFICATION
AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT REPORT
COUNTY ROAD 6/I-494
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal from Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. dated November 4,
1982 providing for the preparation of an interchange justification and project
development report for the proposed County Road 6/I-494 interchange; and
WHEREAS, said study is determined to be required in order to continue planning for
the ultimate construction of said interchange;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the proposal submitted by Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. dated November 4, 1982, by the
terms of which the firm is to provide engineering services for the preparation of
an interchange justification and project development report for the proposed
County Road 6/I-494 interchange,be and the same is hereby approved at a cost not
to exceed $31,000.00;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a sum not to exceed $31,000.00 be and the same is
hereby appropriated from the M.S.A. Fund to finance this report.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Neils , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
o owing voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
ei r and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
