Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re ular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was heTd on the
6th day of December , 19__U. The following members were
prefent: Mayor Davenport. C un ilmem ers Moen. Neils. Schneider & Threinen
The following mem ers were a sent: none
MQvgr Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-651
AMENDING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR OAKWOOD SHORES ADDITION (79034)
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat and development contract for
the Oakwood Shores Addition plat on January 19, 1981 by Resolution No. 81-38;
and
WHEREAS, the development contract was executed by Dorothy and Jules Krekelberg
and Bernard and Marion Barr on January 14, 1981; and
WHEREAS, the development contract provides that the developer shall install and
complete the improvements to this plat on or before December 31, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested an extension of time to October 1, 1983
for completion of the required public improvements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the development contract between the City and Dorothy and Jules Krekelberg
and Bernard and Marion Barr for the Oakwood Shores Addition approved by Resolution
No. 81-38 is hereby amended to provide that the developer shall complete all the
required improvements within the plat on or before October 1, 1983.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schnei r and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and rjdopte .
