Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was he on the
6th day of December 19 82. The following members were
present:Ma or Davenport, ounce mem ers Moen, F(eils, Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-647
RESOLUTION OF CONCURRENCE OF
REDESIGNATION OF COUNTY ROAD 15 AND COUNTY ROAD 73
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota that
Plymouth concurs with redesignating as County State Aid Highway 73 those portions
of present County State Aid Highway 15 and County Highway 73 described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection with County State Aid Highway 73,
a point approximately 283 feet south of the west quarter corner
of Section 36, Township 118 North, Range 22 West, thence north-
easterly along Waymouth Road to County Road 73 (Town Road) in the
southwest quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 36,
thence northwesterly along Town Road to South Shore Drive, thence
north along South Shore Drive to Trunk Highway 55 and there
terminating.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following v0 n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
