Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
• 6th day of December , 1982 . The following members were
present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils, Schneider and Threinen .
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-646
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WELL NO. 7
PROJECT NO. 210
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 has been prepared providing for the following changes
to the Well No. 7 contract for Project No. 210:
Extend completion date to November 1, 1982.

WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 for the Well No. 7 contract for Project 210 is recom-
mended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that Change Order No. 2 for the WEll No. 7 contract for Project 210 extending the
completion date to November 1, 1982 is approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following vote to favor EF : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passes and adopted.
