Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetino of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
6th day of December , 19 82. The following members were
present:Mavor DavCnport. Couqcilmembers Moen. Neils. Schneider and Threinen
The followingmem ers were absent: none
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-640
AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
STRGAR-ROSCOE, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on December 3, 1979 by Resolution NO. 79-792
entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Strgar-Roscoe, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has requested that Schedule B establishing hourly rates
for professional services be revised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Engineering SErvices AGreement entered into between the City of Plymouth
and Strgar-Roscoe, Inc. December 3, 1979 be the same as hereby amended to incor-
porate the new Schedule B, 1983 Rate Schedule as follows:

Principal Engineer $40.00
Registered Engineer 36.00
Assistant Engineer (S.S.C.E. and/or E.I.T.) 29.50
Senior Technician 24.00
Junior Technician 18.00
Clerical 13.50
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSE

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cogncilmgmber Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
