Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

M4vgr Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-639
AMENDING ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT
BONESTR00, ROSENE, ANDERLIK & ASSOCIATES, INC.
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth on September 3, 1973 by Resolution No. 73-359
entered into an Engineering Services Agreement with Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
& Associates, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has requested that Schedule B establishing hourly rates for
professional services be revised;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the Engineering Services Agreement entered into between the City of Plymouth
and Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik & Associates, Inc. September 4, 1973 be the same
as hereby amended to incorporate the new Schedule B, 1983 Rate Schedule as follows:

Clerical
REIMBURSABLE EXPENSES
Field Supervisor
Reproduction, Printing, Duplicating

FURTHER, said new schedule to be effective January 1, 1983.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
CoMncilmep1ber Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor ereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen,
Neils. 5chneider and Threinen
The following voted against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopts .
