Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reaular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
Fth day of December , 19j2. The following members were
present:Ma or Davenport, Councilmembers Moen Neils Schneider & Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-637
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
UTILITY EASEMENT
PART OF LOT 4 AND LOT 5, BLOCK 2, SHOREWOOD ACRES ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, the City has received a petition for a
vacation of the following utility easement:
East 40 feet of Lot 4 and the West 65 feet of Lot 5,
Block 2, Shorewood Acres Addition as shown on the
recorded plat.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said petition and found the same to
be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that it should, and hereby does, establish the date of December 20, 1982 at
7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
as the time and place for the public hearing on said petition and directs the
administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereo : Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following votea against orabstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopts .
