Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the day_of December 1982.

CoWncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-634
APPROVING SITE PLAN AMENDMENTS AND COVENANTS FOR TRAMMELL CROW COMPANY FOR "PLYMOUTH
BUSINESS CENTER" (81044/82023)
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 82-266 established conditions regarding
final plat for "Plymouth Business Center 2nd Addition" including the requirements that
appropriate covenants be filed requiring permai'vent green space as shown on an Exhibit
staff dated dune 7, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council under Resolution No. 82-266-A approved a sit plan for the
second phase of the "Plymouth Business Center" development, including the requirement
that the number of trees be increased to comply with the Landscape Policy; and,
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested reconsideration and approval of the
approved Site Plan and Landscape Plan relative to reconfiquration of two traffic island
delineators and the number of required trees; and,
WHEREAS, Trammell Crow Company has requested final approval of the covenants to be
filed, including description which represent revisions from the approved Exhibit dated
June 7, 1982; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the request and has reviewed related exhibits
and plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the requests of Trammell Crow Company
as follows:
1. The Site Plan and Landscape Plan Amendments as reflected on plans staff dated
December 6, 1982, relative to reconfiguration of traffic island delineators
and the number of trees and plantings per the Landscape Policy are hereby
approved; the minimum number of overstory trees which meet or exceed the Land-
scape Policy size and type requirements shall be 94, and the provisions of the
Landscape Policy are deemed to be satisfied with those trees in conjunction
with the proposed additional plantings and landscape features.

2. The covenants to be filed on the "Plymouth Business Center 1st ,and 2nd
Additions", as indicated on Exhibit staff dated December 6, 1982 ana in leqal
documents to be reviewed and verified by the City Attorney are hereby
approved. Said covenants shall be appropriately filed with Hennepin County
upon approval by the City Attorney.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly pass and adopted.
