the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of December . 19 82.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Rrhnpidpr and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Ma_var Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-632
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A HOME OCCUPATION FOR WILLIAM C. SONES AT HIS
RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 5905 GOLDENROD LANE (82055)
WHEREAS, William C. Jones has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation
at his residence located at 5905 Goldenrod Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW., THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of William C. hones for a
Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation to operate a telephone sales food
brokerage from his residence located at 5905 Goldenrod Lane, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations, and Ordinances and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the petitioner as operator of the Facility and shall
not be transferable.
3. There shall be no outside display sales or storage of merchandise or related
materials.
4. The permit shall be renewed in one (1) year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following voted against or abstained: none
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
