Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of December . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RLSOLUTION NO. 82-631
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR OUTSIDE STORAGE FOR HARVEY BLUMENBERG FOR DOLPHIN
POOL AND PATIO LOCATED AT 3405 COUNTY ROAD 18 (82057)
WHEREAS. Harvey Blumenberg, Dolphin Pool and Patio, has requested approval of a
Conditional Use Permit to allow outside storage on the site of the business located at
3405 County Road 18 in the B-3 (service business) District; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and has recommended approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Harvey Blumenberg,
Dolphin Pool and Patio for a Conditional Use Permit to allow outside storage on the
site of the business to be located at 3405 County Road 18, subject to the following
conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to the petitioner/tenant as operator of the facility and
shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. All outside storage shall be within approved designated areas as diagrammed on
the plans dated October 11, 1982.
5. The permit shall be renewed in one (1) year to assure compliance with the
conditions.
6. Approved screening shall be constructed around the designated area before any
outside storage is commenced.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen "and upon vote being taken thereon, the
