the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of December . 19 82.

-Mavnr Davenport _ introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 627
APPROVING MPUD NO. 78-1 FINAL PLAN/PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR "FOX GLEN THIRD
ADDITION" FOR ZACHMAN HOMES, INC. (A-814)
WHEREAS, Zachman Homes, Inc. has requested approval of MPUD No. 78-1 Final Plan/Plat
for "Fox Glen Third Addition", a plat for 20 duplex units, 15 single family detached
units and retention of one single family detached unit located southeast of Dallas Lane
North and Fernbrook Lane and a Development Contract therefore; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
and,
WHEREAS, the City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of Zachman Homes, Inc.
for Final Plat approval of "Fox Glen Third Addition" (MPUD No. 78-1), a plat for 20
duplex units, 15 single family detached units, and retention of one single family
detached unit located southeast of Dallas Lane North and Fernbrook Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen and upon vote being taken t eT eon,`T
