Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the bth day of December . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor, Dayenpor, �1 uncilmembers_ y - _ —
Moen, -,Schneider, and Threinen

Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 625
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MLT PRIOR TO FILING AND REGARDING FINAL PLAT FOR THE CHURCH OF
THE EPIPHANY FOR "EPIPHANY ADDITION" (A-698)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved the Final Plat and Development Contract for the
"Epiphany Addition",
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following prior to recordinq of
said plat:
1. Compliance with City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No Building Permits shall be issued until municipal sewer and water to the
sites are under construction.
3. Removal of all dead or dying trees from the property at the owner's expense.
4. Compliance with Policy Resolution No. 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures in subdivisions adjacent to or containing any open storm
water drainage facility.
5. Submittal of required utility and drainage easements as approved by the City
Engineer prior to filing of the Final Plat.
6. No Building Permits to be issued until the Final Plat is filed and recorded
with Hennepin County.
7. The revised Landscape Plan is approved as directed by Resolution No. 92-412,
and shall be incorporated with the approved Site Plan.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote beinq taken t ereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Qunci-member Hoyt -Neil s, _Moen, and -Schneider
