Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of December . 1982.
The following members were present: Mayor Davenport, Council Members Hoyt -Neils,
were aosent:
Mayor Davenport introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82- 624
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTACT FOR "EPIPHANY ADDITION" (A-698)
WHEREAS, the Church of the Epiphany has requested approval of a Final Plat; of
"Epiphany Addition" for two lots located in the southeast corner of Hamel Road and
Nathan Lane, and Development Contract therefore; arid,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends its approval;
and,
WHEREAS, City staff has prepared a Development Contract covering the improvements
related to said plat;
NOW, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request of the Church of the
Epiphany for Final Plat approval of "Epiphany Addition"; a plat for two lots located at
the southeast corner of Hamel Road and Nathan Lane;
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved and that the Mayor and
City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on behalf of the City.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Threinen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: ounce member Hoyt -Neils, Moen. and Schngider
