CRuncilmember Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-621
SETTING CONDITION TO BE MET PRIOR TO PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE REZONING LAND LOCATED
SOUTHWEST OF 27TH AVENUE NORTH AND FERNBRCOK LANE (82062)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved an Ordinance rezoninq certain land southwest of
27th Avenue North and Fernbrook Lane from FRD (future restricted development) District
to 1-1 (planned industrial) District for "Scoville Business Park"a plat consisting of
three industrial lots;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following to be met prior, to
publication of said Ordinance:
In accordance with provisions of Section 9 of the Zoniriq Ordinance, said Orwinance
shall not be published or made effective until the Final Plat and Plan has been
approved for three industrial lots to be known a:, "Scoville Rusiness Park".
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
