Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on —the
6th day of December , 19 82. The following members were
present:MiXor Davenport. Councilmembers Moen, Neils. Schneider ,&Threinen
The following members were absent: none
Threinen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-617
CANCELLING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
ANNAPOLIS LANE ADJACENT TO RADISSON INN, PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Council on November 1, 1982 adopted Resolution No. 82-571
establishing a public hearing for December 6, 1982 on the vacation of Annapolis
Lane adjacent to the Radisson Inn; and
WHEREAS, this public hearing was established as a result of the petition received
from the Radisson-Tozai Company; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a letter from Carlson Properties, Inc., repre-
senting the Radisson-Tozai Company, requesting that the petition be withdrawn
and the public hearing cancelled;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the public hearing established for December E, 1982 on the vacation of
Annapolis Lane adjacent to the Radisson Inn is cancelled.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Moen , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted n favor thereof: Mayor Davenport, Councilmembers Moen, Neils,
Schneider and Threinen

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
