Councilmember Neils introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 82-614
REDUCING DEVELOPMENT BOND
CREEKSIDE OF PLYMOUTH (79018)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the development contract dated September 13, 1982
Dean R. Johnson Construction, Inc., developer of Creekside of Plymouth (79018),
has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a portion of the street, utility and site
grading as noted below; and
WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the development bond to
reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
that the bonding requirements are reduced as follows:

That the letter of credit required be reduced from $249,283 to $94,513 to reflect
the completed work.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED that the Phase I construction of sanitary sewer and watermain
are accepted as of November 22, 1982 for continual maintenance subject to the one
year guarantee by the developer.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
